Osmoses are purifying gases, the cleaner way!

 

Osmoses are trying to revolutionize the way industrial separations are performed. They are working on a novel membrane technology designed to deliver unprecedented efficiency and performance to purify gas molecules, leaving a lighter carbon footprint along the way.

These innovators are demonstrating the potential to decarbonize many applications within the gas separations industry, like oxygen generation, helium harvesting, refrigerant reuse and carbon capture.

 

Our embedded model builds capability from scratch:

 

Bond embedded with Osmoses in March 2023. During this time Osmoses headcount stood at 10, Bond came in and hired several key roles.

We used our head-hunting capability to hire key pillar positions of:

  • Director of Membrane Science
  • Head of HR

 

We have also started to build out the wider technical teams too:

  • Application Test Engineer
  • Lead Field Engineer
  • Membrane Scientist

The depth of this partnership can be seen in Bond’s pivotal role in developing Osmoses’ DE&I strategy from the ground up – helping them cultivate an inclusive environment that allows fresh ideas to breathe.

HR capabilities built from scratch to date:

  • Established Osmoses’ 1st interview scorecard process
  • Created and formalized the interview process
  • Created and implemented salary banding and benchmarking

 

Looking ahead, Bond is focused on strategic initiatives to further optimize Osmoses HR function:

 

  • Lining up for strategic implementation of ATS, selection process
  • Phase out use of Polymer (CV link with career website)
  • Integration link into their HRIS system
  • Formalizing the internship process
