In 2012, Ben Rutter and Ryan O’Hara launched their first recruitment consultancy. By 2020, they recognised that partners needed more than external hiring support.
They needed a trusted partner, embedded from within, helping them to build world-class teams.

From the age of 22, Ben and best friend Ryan co-founded their first recruitment consultancy.
Over the years, they realised that people were paying a fortune for what was essentially just a CV. They couldn’t stop thinking about the lack of value they were truly offering their clients.
