Overview
The equity platform redefining ownership
Ledgy is equity management software built to make ownership transparent for founders, employees, and investors alike. Founded in 2017 and privately owned, Ledgy set out to simplify the complexity of equity plans and stock options, and has since grown to serve both private and public companies navigating that landscape.
As Ledgy expanded its product surface, it needed to scale the teams building it. That meant moving quickly, without compromising on the quality of people they brought in. Sprint alert!
Ledgy x Bond
When Ledgy created two new product squads to support their move into public company compliance, they needed engineers, product managers, and designers – fast. One squad was focused on their core product; the other on compliance infrastructure. Both were net-new, and both needed to be built from the ground up.
With a Head of People and Talent holding the function alone, there was no capacity to run a search of this scale without support. Bond embedded one Talent Partner in October 2025, operating as an extension of the internal team from day one.
The challenge: high bar, fast timeline
Ledgy’s engineering culture is something they’ve worked hard to build: low ego, deeply collaborative, and technically excellent. They hire from the top 0.1% of the market, and that standard wasn’t something they were willing to move on.
The roles spanned London and Zurich, and candidates were sourced across the UK, Spain, Germany, Romania, and Poland, each market with its own dynamics and talent pools. The brief was complex, the timeline was tight, and the bar was high.
Our approach
Getting to grips with Ledgy’s culture quickly was critical. We spent time understanding not just the technical requirements, but the kind of people who thrive there, and how to articulate that compellingly to candidates who had plenty of options.
We introduced structured candidate packs to give candidates a consistent and engaging picture of what Ledgy was building, and built out a Greenhouse reporting dashboard to give the Head of People and Talent real visibility across the pipeline. This freed her up to focus on the strategic side of the function, while Bond handled delivery.
