As Cartesian began its new chapter following a recent reverse-merger, it faced the challenge of scaling its team rapidly with a brand new manufacturing site on the horizon and no HR/TA function in place.

With their previous HR Leader planning to exit the business post-transition, they needed a strategic partner to navigate this critical phase of integration and change, alongside hugely important growth milestones.

We stepped in to smooth the transition, serving as continuity of the previous HR Leader’s organizational knowledge, taking over all hiring and helping with process build, to bridge the gap between their impending exit and a new HR/TA team yet to be hired.

Embedding quickly within the company’s leadership team and functional hiring managers, we successfully recruited key talent across Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, R&D, and MSAT.

By seamlessly integrating new hires, from entry-level to senior leadership, we helped Cartesian maintain momentum toward hiring goals and launch of their new manufacturing site.
