Meeting for regular 1-1’s with hiring managers to discuss their specific recruitment needs, share updates, and review pipeline progress.
By increasing visibility through frequent calls and interactions, we tailored our communication style to each manager’s preferences and shifted our approach to be more proactive rather than reactive. The team also valued the new methods of tools we integrated and welcomed our suggestions for process improvements.
