Bond was born through an obsession with trying to invent the future of recruitment.

Recruitment has been broken for a long time. We wanted to provide an alternative to Agencies or RPO’s using old school transactional pricing methods and adding very little value to the client along the way. 

We landed in the space of “Embedded Talent” a totally new methodology and one that will change the way recruitment is done forever. The Embedded revolution is here and in 5-10 years this methodology will be the dominant way to hire and scale.  

2 years in and we have grown from 3 people to just under 100 people delivering projects across 50 countries.

But more importantly, we have built one of the best Talent Acquisition teams in the world. Helping some of the coolest company’s scale and make a real impact on the planet.
