In recent years, Williams has undergone a period of significant transformation. With new ownership and a renewed focus on performance, the team has steadily climbed the ranks. Backed by new investors with a vision to return Williams to the top of the grid, the team embarked on an ambitious growth trajectory. To achieve their strategic goals, they needed to rapidly scale their team with top talent. That’s where Bond raced in!

Initially, Bond was brought in to complement Williams’ internal team of eight, enhancing hiring speed and volume to support their vision.

Early career development was a new focus for Williams when Bond joined the team, but a recognised game changer for the future. After all, building the F1 car of the future means nurturing the talent of tomorrow. This initiative encompassed industrial placements, apprenticeships, and graduate programs.

Bond delivered three presentations aimed at guiding aspiring individuals on how to pursue a career at Williams, offering practical advice to support their journeys. Alongside this, Bond collaborated with universities to attract top talent and prepare future F1 engineers.

Bond has become an integral part of the Williams team, working onsite two days a week. In a fast-paced environment marked by constant change, Bond provides consistent, hands-on support to meet Williams’ evolving needs.

 

Building a function fit for the podium:

 

Bond remains committed to leaving a lasting impact on Williams’ HR team by enhancing their recruitment process and overall function.
