Introducing the Board of Visionaries

Introducing the Boston Board of Visionaries
The mission is simple: to create a space for today’s leaders to think bigger, be more visionary and drive strategic impact.

@Bond Global is proud to announce the Boston chapter of the House of Visionaries, a global community redefining the future of talent, HR, and people strategy.
Leading an embedded talent consultancy, @Bond Global has partnered across the world with fast-growing scale-ups and some of the most complex global corporations. One thing has become clear across every engagement: People, HR, and talent functions remain some of the most undervalued and misunderstood areas of any organization.
The House of Visionaries is a space to change that narrative. Powered by Bond, the community is a space for like-minded senior leaders to step away from the day-to-day and think visionary. From in-person events, virtual workshops, reports, and podcasts, leaders can gain actionable insights to share with their teams and add value within their businesses. The community is a place to elevate conversation, shape strategic thinking, and foster transformative leadership.
The small but powerful community, founded in 2024, launched in the UK with a focus to remain referral-led for senior leaders in the TA, HR, and People space. The Boston chapter has been a huge success since its launch in October 2024 and will soon celebrate 1 year as a community at DraftKings HQ.
To lead its Boston chapter, a powerhouse Board of Visionaries has been enlisted to bring bold ideas and empower the community. The mission of the Board will be to create a space for today’s leaders to think bigger, be more visionary and drive strategic impact. They will do this by supporting the direction of the community, helping to shape events to deliver value and working closely with members of the community to level up the TA, HR and People function in Boston.
Meet the Boston Board of Visionaries

Katie Kulikoski: Chief People Officer
Katie is an incredible leader who is passionate on all things HR and gravitates towards evolving companies, organizational development, and strategic staffing. Those within the community only have great things to say about Katie, which is why she is a fantastic member to have on the Board of Visionaries.
“What drew me to House of Visionaries is its commitment to building meaningful community, to build new relationships that matter. Humans are complex. When we get culture right, we create not just business success, but deeply impact people’s lives” says Katie.

Christina Luconi: Founder
Christina brings a wealth of knowledge from scaling multiple businesses ‘with soul’ and is known in Boston for her time at Rapid7 where she took the brand from 75 people to IPO.
Christina shares her love for the community, “I am drawn to people who don’t follow the status quo…as soon as I met the team at @Bond, I found myself inspired by their mission for the community. In each conversation we’ve had since that initial introduction, I leave thinking even bigger. For me, surrounding myself with people who focus their energy on shaping the future is both motivating and thought-provoking. I’m incredibly inspired to be partnering with this board”.

Michael Brown: Founder
Mike has helped to scale teams at companies like Synk, Toast and Acquia and built the playbooks along the way for others to use. He is a great example of what the community is all about, sharing value to level up across all areas in the TA function.
“There’s something powerful about a space built for possibility, not just for networking, but for shaping what’s next. House of Visionaries is creating the kind of community that doesn’t just talk about the future of work, leadership, and growth it builds it. I wanted to be part of that. As a board member, I’m excited to help elevate bold ideas, champion inclusive innovation, and bring together the people who aren’t just in the room but redefining what the room is.”

Carrie Walecka: Chief People Officer
Carrie is an ideas machine with amazing energy! She is passionate about ‘sending the elevator back down’ to share her knowledge and support with the community.
“I was drawn to House of Visionaries because of the caliber of leadership – leaders I deeply admire, have learned from over the years, and continue to be inspired by. Throughout my career, I’ve prioritized surrounding myself with people who challenge conventional thinking and push the boundaries of what’s possible in the talent and people space. House of Visionaries represents a rare community where forward-thinking leadership, creativity, and shared learning come together. It’s a privilege to contribute, learn alongside this group, and help shape conversations that move our industry forward.”
