The Gen Z generation

 

Gen Z refers to people born between 1996 and 2010. Shaped by the digital age and with a shifting financial landscape,  employers need to understand this generations preferences and values when looking to hire in this talent pool.

By 2035 they will also be the largest generation in the workforce at 31% (currently 27%). Globally there are almost 2 billion Gen Z individuals.

Our three fantastic speakers shared forward-thinking, candid perspectives from their own experiences, shedding light on some key considerations employers need to be making when it comes to Gen Z.
