Howorth Air Tech, with a legacy spanning over 160 years, is a UK-based leader in ultra-clean ventilation solutions for hospitals and advanced manufacturing. Their heritage in clean air engineering positions them at the forefront of critical environments, designing and delivering high-spec containment and air filtration systems trusted by healthcare professionals worldwide.

 

 

 

Building from scratch

 

 

Howorth Air Tech didn’t have an in-house TA function. As they geared up to expand their teams to meet growing project demands, they needed a partner who could not only drive immediate recruitment needs but also lay the groundwork for scalable talent processes. That’s where we stepped in.

 

Our Impact

 

We placed a single Talent Partner at the heart of Howorth Air Tech’s operations, initially focusing on process optimisation before pivoting to delivery. From September to December 2024, we built the demand plan for 2025, introduced salary benchmarking, and upskilled hiring managers through tailored training sessions.

When the CEO left and business dynamics shifted, we doubled down on delivery, becoming a trusted consultancy partner.

  • Candidate Experience: developed engaging packs to strengthen Howorth’s employer brand.
