About the role
From Boston to Berlin, London to Dubai we help the visionaries of today become the destination employers of tomorrow! We embed across the whole CleanTech ecosystem, think Fusion Energy, Cabon Capture, EV and many more!
With that in mind, we are in need of a Talent Operations Manager who is excellent at building strong relationships, opening doors, and managing multiple partners and people while using their creative mind to create a kick-ass end-to-end recruitment process to help grow our partners and people. You’ll be pitching our embedded talent solution to start-up, scale-up and enterprise companies changing the world through technology to drive a happier, healthier and sustainable world.
The role you’ll be doing:
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire our team of talented talent partners. Your role will involve creating a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive and deliver exceptional results and be on hand for any support needed.
People Development: You’ll continuously develop, coach and support our people through scrums, 1-2-1’s, PDP’s and end of year reviews because, If our people grow, we all grow.
Volume: You’ll manage multiple projects and people across different verticals, providing advice and guidance to both, you’ll need to be very adaptable and organised to ensure our people are delivering top quality work.
Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with our Cleantech partners, understanding their unique needs and aligning our strategies to support their hiring goals, you’ll be our partner’s main point of contact so putting out fires is something you should be comfortable with.
Cross-functional: You’ll be working across multiple internal functions from marketing to data. You’ll be shaping strategies and providing advice to ensure all teams are aligned with Bond’s purpose.
Process Improvement: We’re always on the lookout for innovative ways to enhance our partner’s recruitment lifecycle. from sourcing top talent to streamlining the onboarding process to implementing new tech.
Problem Solving: You’ll be at the forefront of tackling challenges. Whether it’s optimising our recruitment process, overcoming hiring hurdles, or finding innovative solutions to ensure seamless partnerships, you’ll use your sharp analytical skills and creative thinking to drive success, you’ll also be a main escalation point for our people.
Data Expert: Data is an invaluable tool for us. You’ll monitor and analyse key performance metrics to see what’s working and what needs improving to drive continuous growth.
Commercial Impact: You’ll be identifying new business opportunities, and pitching our embedded talent solution to start-up, scale-up and enterprise companies while looking for new ways to grow our existing partners.
What you’ll need:
Firstly, our model is new and exciting. When pitched correctly we have a great track record of winning new partners. We’ll provide full training on how to pitch our solution with maximum impact and success. However you will need to bring:
Cleantech Expertise: Understanding the CleanTech sector is a must for this role. We’d love to have someone who understands the unique challenges and talent requirements of this industry, especially within Fusion Energy, Carbon Capture, EV, Automotive, Aerospace or similar.
People Development: Proven experience in handling difficult conversations and people issues to ensure our people are heard and valued.
Sales and/or Recruitment Solution Selling: We’re looking for someone who has a track record of success in selling solutions and services to partners in the recruitment world.
Influencing Skills: Influencing our partners and people is a very important part of the role, you’ll need to be able to influence using data, it’s facts not fiction.
Commercial Awareness: Proven experience in leveraging your network to bring new business into Bond while developing them as a successful partner. (Experience selling to scale-up and start-up environments is highly desirable)
Stakeholder Management: The ability to create strong, long-lasting relationships with multiple partners, and know how to put out fires, consult and advise of the entire recruitment lifecycle is essential.
Full Recruitment Lifecycle Experience: You’ll need to understand the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from headhunting to implementing ATS’s to redesigning our partner’s entire recruitment process.
Team Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing large teams across multiple projects, we like to push our people just outside their comfort zone, that’s where the magic happens!
